About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S), offering evidence-based, culturally affirming psychotherapy in both English and Spanish.

I am a bilingual first-generation Mexican-American woman, a wife, and a mother of two daughters.

I bring 13 years of experience in the mental health field, including work in inpatient and intensive outpatient psychiatric settings. I have extensive expertise and a passion for leading process-oriented and skills-based therapy groups. Over the course of my career, I have developed group therapy curriculums and provided training and consultation for other therapists. For the past eight years, I have been in private practice. Some of my specialties include anxiety disorders, trauma, parenting, relationship issues, cultural identity, and women’s issues.

In my personal life, I love homeschooling my two daughters, Naellie and Abigail. I feel privileged to care for and educate them while also operating my practice. I also enjoy dancing social Latin dances and hip hop, watching legal thrillers, and nurturing relationships with friends and family.
